CHEERS TO 2012!

My works (to far right) in ‎Astana, Kazakhstan from 17-21 January 2012, for an exhibition from the collection of the COWfestival. This event is part of the first design festival "Designed by Astana".

My illustration for a Persian calendar, YEAR OF THE DRAGON.  My month has the theme, “Nightmare of the Dragon All Over Town”. 

My works have been selected in the Top 10 of Illustration 2011 by COW Design Festival, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine

My poster has been selected for The Spirit of the FIFA, an International Group Exhibition.  The selected works showed at TEDx NCR in Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, India.

My poster was selected into the Top 100 for Poster for Tomorrow’s contest, The Pencil Is Mightier Than The Sword.  The exhibition opened world-wide on December 10, 2009 to celebrate the 61st anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Freedom of expression is a right that the Western world takes for granted. But in many countries, such as Iran, innocent people are persecuted and imprisoned daily due to their pleas for democracy and freedom of the press or for exposing human rights abuses.

My poster works are included in Ink, an international exhibition of young poster designers, opening in Laleh Art Gallery in Tehran, Iran

My works won first prize in Italy’s Associazione Culturale Teatrio category of book works.
