POSTER SALE and Nina Turner is coming to Nashville!

POSTER SALE!  I am working with the planning committee of Our Revolution to bring Nina Turner to Nashville, and we are all currently fundraising.  Since I'm better at making illustrations than I am at making phone calls, I thought a poster sale would be a good idea.  First off, here's a little information about Nina:

Nina Turner was born to working-class parents in Cleveland, Ohio, and began working at age 14 to help her mother provide for her six brothers and sisters.  She served on Ohio's senate, focusing on issues such as labor, income and wealth inequality, voting rights, and other progressive causes.  She has since become a star among progressive democrats and is an active supporter of Bernie Sanders.  She has worked as a professor and motivational speaker, traveling the states speaking to crowds up to 20,000 people.  In 2017, Nina became president of Our Revolution, an organization that Sanders created to revitalize American democracy, empower progressive leaders, and elevate political consciousness.

My FAVORITE video!

I'm offering these 3 poster options.  The cost is $35 per poster, plus shipping, and they are size 11x17".  100% of the profits will go towards bringing Nina to Nashville.  Please email me for more information.

Kings Road

I recently worked with Charlie Smith Design to design some window decals for Cadagon Estate's Kings Road property while it underwent renovations.  We used the legendary history of Kings Road, and the famous icons that frequented it, such as Twiggy, The Beatles, David Bowie, and Vivienne Westwood as inspiration for each window.

carnaby street

I worked with Sister London to create 4 illustrations for the historic Carnaby Street.  This Thursday through Sunday (21 Sept - 24 Sept) they will be hosting all sorts of fun to coincide with London Fashion Week.  Check out all of the details here.  Please send pics if you see any of my illustrations out and about!

Yumi Counting Book

A long time dream came true when I got to illustrate a children's book for the amazing, baby food company, Yumi.  The company provides organic, plant-based nutrition, which was such a perfect fit.  The women behind Yumi, Angela Sutherland and Evelyn Rusli, are so inspiring, and we had so much fun working together with the amazing art director, Sarah Kissell.  Everything Yumi does is adorable, even their rubber bands and ice packs!

Here are my illustrations for, The Incredible, Edible World, which in addition to introducing children to the numbers 1-10, shows them the fruits and veggies in their food, and where in the world they come from.

Wood for the 'Hood 2017

I always love working on the annual, Wood for the 'Hood fundraiser for Belmont-Hillsboro Neighbors' poster.  Not only is it a for a great cause (to protect the tree canopy in two, gorgeous Nashville neighborhoods) they are wonderful to work with, and this year it is extra special because the fundraiser is being held on Earth Day!   This is the 5th year I have had the honor of designing their poster and invite.

The Guardian

I had so much fun creating this image for The Guardian's Oscars' supplement cover.  It was a great excuse to spend the afternoon looking at gorgeous gowns.  Thanks to Sarah Habershon for great art direction!
